According to the report, Carlo Ancelotti is holding off a return to AC Milan and his willing to take the rest of the season off to travel.
Ancelotti hopes that a chance to take up the managerial role at the end of the season at Arsenal may become a reality. He is so keen on the Arsenal role that he would call off his trip and plans for the rest of the season if the chance comes up now according to the report.
Ancelotti is not a stranger to the English Premier League, he won the double with Chelsea in a short stint at Stamford Bridge.

Reports by DonBalon in Spain says AC Milan is the latest club interested in signing Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez.
Sanchez is being pursued by Manchester City and PSG. While City was very close to signing the forward in the summer but failed on the ground that Arsenal could not get a replacement, PSG has weighed in, hoping to take advantage of Bosman rule that allowed Sanchez to talk to another club outside the Premier League in January, a window that is not open to City being a Premier League club.
The arrival of AC Milan in the picture has thrown a spanner in the works of both PSG and CITY, a situation that may result in a bidding war over Sanchez in January.
