All Arsenal Transfer Hopes Hang in the Balance
Alexis Sanchez / Henrikh Mkhitaryan swap deal seems to be on hold at least or moving at snail speed at best, as it appears the much anticipated Friday 12pm deadline that would allow both players to feature for their “new clubs” over the weekend have now passed without a deal.
It was reported that Manchester United was hoping to unleash Alexis Sanchez this weekend but that has since evaporate as Sanchez was pictured arriving at Arsenal Colney training ground, although he was reported to have trained away from the first team squad.

Swap deal between Manchester United and Arsenal is looking more difficult than anticipated
Likewise Mkhitaryan is nowhere near London but in Manchester.
According to various reports, this does not mean that deal will not happen, it just means that at this stage it hasn’t, and in fact there is an element of a chance that deal will not happen.
“No developments expected today on Sanchez/Mkhitaryan. till work to do as currently Mkhitaryan deal hasn’t moved on and could yet go either way. Arsenal hopeful on that plus Aubameyang. Talks continue. Malcom off-meetings held but eventually deemed too inexperienced” David Ornstein

Aubameyang talks continue, deal not done yet
The clap back by Dortmund yesterday following Wenger’s comments on Aubameyang also indicate that deal on that front is also not over the line, although he has been left out of the squad for this weekend, Arsenal is yet to get their man.
