The family of Robert Godwin Sr who was fatally shot by Steve Stephens in 2017 has launched a lawsuit against Facebook for not doing enough to warn authorities because of the posts by Stephens before the attack.

Stephens was found dead after shooting himself following several hours of a manhunt.
